Modern science is busy bursting myths but is that the right approach?

Myths are not false stories. Myths are contextually true, coherent from within and honest to their culture. Myths are the basis for how we understand the world and give meaning to our narratives.

Join us for this 1 hour session where we will discuss:

  1. What is a myth and how myths influence our decisions?
  2. Why myth bursting is not the best way to think about myths?
  3. How myths relate with symbols and rituals to give meaning to our narratives?

Since it is an introductory session, do not expect any more than scratching the surface. Nevertheless, we will use practical stories and create space for interactive discussions.

I would recommend becoming familiar with the visual and watching the video below as it is the basis for our discussion.
