The Practice of Framing
When two people look outside the window they don’t see the same thing. That’s simple. But appreciating what this means sometimes takes a lifetime.
In this session, we will illustrate how framing and reframing works in practice.
Using practical examples and stories, we will explore:
1. What are the hidden beliefs in the framing of our questions?
2. How does framing affect our ability to learn and make decisions?
3. How can reframing help us to truly and genuinely learn from events, surprises, and accidents?
A visual story on the power of framing
