Semiotic walk (experiential learning)
Complementing Unit 4 (Culture and Risk Intelligence), this workshop is designed as an experiential learning activity to enhance your cultural intelligence.
Together, we will walk around a place of cultural significance (eg a church, temple, museum, graveyard, art gallery, high street or even a supermarket) to experience first-hand how the power of space influences human behaviour. You will experience how myths, symbols and rituals affect almost all aspects of our lives at every moment.

> How to foster a culture of learning
> How can we give people the tools to share their experience and expertise
> How to encourage people to talk about everyday risks
> How to get better at managing the unexpected
> Why do we need to consider unlearning when we discuss learning
> How to think like an anthropologist
