Mapping conversations using the iCue engagement process (TM)
The iCue engagement process is taught as part of all the SpoR courses. This specifc unit is designed for those who want to practise and enhance their conversation mapping skills.
Speech is an integral human sense. Much can be learned about peoples motivation and decision making by listening to and mapping the words people use as they speak.
The iCue engagement process is visual, transparent, relational, and participatory. Its power is the real-time representation of communication as it unfolds naturally. The iCue process is free from the assumptions and preconceptions often embedded in conventional tools like checklists and templates.
